Information on Sámi music in three languages

Sámi musihkkaakademiija - The Sami Music Academy website now operates in three languages. "It's clear that the pages should be in Sami and Finnish, but we also want to share information globally," says project manager Kati Eriksen and leading teacher Anna Näkkäläjärvi-Länsman. -The purpose of the project is to develop Sami music as a livelihood. Foreign tourists in particular are increasingly looking for quality and genuine experiences, and what is more genuine than the traditional and modern form of Sami music, Eriksen continues.
